Today, you can find me following this purpose by helping organisations be more productive. I am utilising my skills in data and insight, storytelling and presentation, leadership and analysis to surface insights to create better decisions and discover opportunities for positive change. ReThink Productivity have helped organisations all over the world, in multiple sectors, be more productive - that is, deliver value to their customers quicker, more efficiently, while creating better experiences for their people. In the distant past (pre pandemic!) I had extensive experience leading and managing teams as a former VP and Country Manager at InMoment, a global customer feedback and analytics company.
